This 2500kVA high-voltage shore power system is specifically designed for port berthing operations of large container ships, cruise ships, and bulk carriers. The system adopts a highly reliable modular design, uses core components from top international brands, and its input and output voltage levels are compatible with mainstream international high-voltage standards. It boasts outstanding advantages such as stable output, low harmonic content, and fast dynamic response, effectively meeting all power needs of ships during berthing, completely replacing auxiliary engine power generation, and achieving "zero-emission" port operations.
This shore power system integrates several cutting-edge electrical technologies:
1/ It adopts a high-voltage 10kV, low-voltage 220V~690V, 50Hz/60Hz-1000Hz frequency conversion scheme, which can be adapted to the situation where diesel auxiliary power is turned off during ship berthing, and the entire process is powered by shore power, significantly reducing port noise and exhaust emissions, effectively saving fuel costs, and improving operational safety and environmental protection.
2/ This shore power supply features fast voltage dynamic response, low harmonics, and comprehensive protection.
3/ In the full-load motor test before delivery, all performance indicators of the system exceeded the design requirements, with excellent performance in key parameters such as temperature rise, efficiency, and output voltage accuracy.
