As a honest supplier that never lie, we're both trader and manufacturer. We're a professional manufacturer of automatic voltage stabilizers/regulators, dynamic voltage restorers, variacs, dry type transformers, oil-immersed transformers, reactors, static frequency converters, shore power converters, ground power units, dc power supplies, uninterrupted power supplies, ups maintenance bypass cabinets, static var generators, active harmonic filters and medical isolated power supplies, etc.
But we also trade other products for our clients.
Do You Offer Free Samples?
No. Our products are not FMCG (fast moving consumer goods).
Do You Issue Price Lists?
Strict company policy does not permit the issue of product Price Lists other than to authorized resellers / distributors or for specific client project requirements.

Where are Your Products Designed and Manufactured?
All our products are designed and manufactured in China.
Can I be Your Representative?
We are currently expanding our distributor network throughout the world, every year we are contacted with many requests from prospective customers wishing to market our products. We are very careful as to whom we choose to represent the Noyark brand and associated solutions.
Businesses must be prepared to demonstrate a high level of commitment to our solutions and be suitably qualified to sell, support and ideally ultimately stock appropriate products.

Do You Offer Installation and Commissioning Service?
Generally we do not send our own installers to customer's site, because the products are easy to install, moreover, we will provide installation guide and technical support. Last but not least, the VISA is always an uncertain factor.
If you must need our on-site installation service, we will charge these fees: installation and commissioning labor cost (USD150/Person/Day), visa application (non-refundable if visa application is failed), round-trip airfare, personal insurance and accommodation.
How Long is Your Warranty?
Our standard warranty period is 2 years and artificial damage is not within the scope of warranty. We do offer a longer year extended warranty if needed, there will be extra charge.
Can I Return the Goods?
The entire device return is not acceptable. However, the replacement of the specific defective part is available.
